I had every intentions of posting a picture yesterday of this painting. And well, life took over. I really need to blog about the random stuff that happens on a daily basis – I’m positive that I will be contacted immediately for my own reality show!
Or a book deal!
Either way – please know that I always have the BEST of intentions. Just like I’m sure Em did when she drew all over her face with a marker.
But seriously, this is another awesome bedroom! Now I’m torn between Amelia’s or Emma’s?!?!? Maybe I can split my time between the two.
I love the ice cream sunday art – over the top cuteness!!!
The flowers are made out of fabrics from all over the room! Check out that super cute owl pillow on the bed . . . . Yeah, I used those fabrics. {And no one ask, because I did NOT make that cute pillow!}
This is one off my list, but there are a couple more from this order before I can truly mark it off.
I now have a date with orange, turquoise, black and white. My goal is to have it completed by tomorrow!!! But first I need to see how “permanent” permanent marker really is . . . on facial skin.

Yes LOVE that room too… what a blessed little girl!
as for the permanent marker…
“Off” bug repellent got permanent marker off the “white” board at church.
just sayin’
LOOOOOOOOOOVE that room. I so need to redo my girls bedrooms and then have you pain signs for them of course.
P.S.
Use baby wipes it should take it right off her face.
Sweet Kim ~ Emma and I were so giddy when we saw this and I knew it was so worth the year long wait! Sometimes it really does pay off to be LAST on the list (ha)! I am blown away and so excited to get this in my little hands. When Emma saw it she said, “Oh Mom is it is going to be beautiful in my room” and that my friend was out of the mouth of a 3.5 year old. She is right, it will be perfect and the final touch we have been waiting on to call her room complete (if there is a such thing, right?)
Daddy is away on business, so we text it to him and he text back and said, “okay now I get why you waited so long…AMAZING…that’s freaking awesome!”
Thank you so much for sharing your talent with us and helping to create a sweet room for Emma Caroline! We will be back for more and more and more, besides our FOUR! Hmmmm…little man will be next.
Talk to you soon! Sending a ginormous HUG your way!
A woman named Kellie follows your blog. I am guessing you don’t know her story. On Feb. 17th she was teaching kindergarten when she got the worst call of her life. Her 4 month old baby died in the care of the babysitter. Kellie is a wonderful woman who needs our help! If you could see her blog and feel inspired, it would be amazing if you could do a post about the auction they are doing on this coming Monday, the 28th. They are trying to raise enough money to (in the future) have another child and be able to stay at home with them full-time. Kellie and James didn’t deserve what happened to them. Could you please help out a wonderful family in need by posting the link to the auction on your site? Thank you.

Baby oil works great on getting marker off of skin. And yes- I know from experience. My son was little, maybe three or four and he wanted to put the cross on his head to show me where he had been baptized. Yep- permanent marker. Good Luck! (and I love your art work!! I can’t wait until you are taking orders again. )
OMG I love love this room. I would love to order one of these if I could find this bedding . Do you know where she got it from or where I can find it. AWHH just love.. please email me .. thanks so much
