Ampersand . . .

Awhile back {and I do mean a long, long, long time ago . . .,} Fabulous K  {Kelly} had a day of give-aways and asked me to join her. I love her so – I couldn’t tell her no! The winner of the small words art give-away sent me her wedding invite. Don’t get the wrong idea, I wasn’t invited!! {I just met you on the internet, you wanna come to my wedding?} Although, two girls crashed my wedding before I really knew them AND we are now best friends – But I didn’t meet them on the internet either! Might should be the new trend!

But seriously, she sent me the invite for inspiration . . .

This is only a portion of it. I didn’t want to post the whole thing due to privacy, but a friend of hers designed them and they are fantastic! I was told to paint a true blue “&” {not to match the blue of the invite} and if I could, please incorporate some birds in any yellow color on a 5×5.

So, that is what I did!
